Interested in being part of Teeth Team? Wonderful! It’s a great way to reach out to your community and ensure local pupils are getting the dental care they need as well as the dental education that will carry them forward into a lifetime of good dental health.
What’s more, it’s free publicity for you and your practice and a chance to make positive connections with local families. All we ask for is a little of your time, and the amount of time you’d need to commit is completely up to you.
Children brush on a daily basis at an arranged, suitable time at school. When it’s time for a visit, Teeth Team will liaise with you to arrange the timings and make sure everything is set up with the school. On the day, you will work with Teeth Team members and school staff to carry out dental assessments on the children whose parents/carers have given consent. There will also be the opportunity to refer any children on for further dental treatment if required.
